Abstract

The piezoelectric effects operational principal converts mechanical force (pressure, strain) into an electric signal and this technology is used in many industries including, aerospace and biomedical engineering. For this project, the team makes use of piezoelectric effect to implement and design biaxial Integrated electronics piezoelectric (IEPE) accelerometer.
