The sole project of VTEK is to conceptualize, design, build and implement the Virtual Fluids Control Experiment (VCFE).  The image below depicts the built system.

The purpose of the system is to utilize PID control and maintain the level in the middle tank (Tank 2).  This is done using LabVIEW.  The top tank (Tank 1) supplies constant head, and the bottom tank (Tank 3) is the reservoir.

Currently the physical system is built and running properly.  Tests are being run to quantify the performance of the system.  Steps are being taken to make the experiment virtual.
