Ivan,
It takes an hour to go one way, and I need to be back here at 5:00.
I think we should depart from here around 1:30 (after lunch) and give
ourselves about an hour to survey the situation, and be back here in time
for me to get the vehicle returned. Any day after Monday is good for me to
go, contingent on reserving the shuttle.

I suggest we not assume anything is ready to "install" just yet.

Hello,

We wanted to know what your schedule looks like for next Tuesday,
April 3.  We were thinking of leaving to go to the marine lab to install
and run the chiller at about 3:00pm.  Would this be a problem for
you?  If there is a time that you would prefer instead, please let us
know.

Sincerely,

Arnett,
(If) the unit can sit directly on the tank, and if the tank remains

full at
all times, it looks like the unit might be a perfect fit from these
measurements I've given you here. We'll have to see about clearances
and
load bearing capabilities. The unit is on sawhorses in my wood shop for
you
to come by and take a look.

Just a reminders.  We have a meeting with Dr. Thistle @ 4:00pm today at
the oceanography and statistics building (the tall building by the
parking garage).  He will tell us of the direction he would like to pursue
for the remainder of this semester.

Everyone needs to attend.

See you there,

Because of upcoming spring break, and our class being out on Thursday,
the meeting with Dr. Thistle this week will be on Thursday @ 4:00pm at
FSU's Oceanography and Statistics building.  We will be in his office
on the third floor.

He has been reviewing our information presented two weeks ago and will
determine if the machinist would build our design from last semester or
instead, purchase one of the recommended chiller unit.

Finally, please make plans for a 4:30pm-7:00pm meeting on Tuesday March
20 to proof the web page for submission as well as putting together the
project report and project manual.

Thank you for reading this e-mail, and remember
