Below is an outline of the MOAS group members’ requirements and expectations for each individual member. The group feels that by acting according to these practices, the project will go smoothly and orderly. These expectations were agreed upon by calling a group meeting and having each member name any requirement that would be helpful throughout the duration of the project. A revised list of all of the compiled requests is given below.

• Be on time to all meetings
• Come prepared
• Be honest with results and conflicts concerning the project
• Be responsible with information and work associated with assigned duties
• Attend mandatory weekly meeting
• Communicate frequently with group members via e-mail, phone and personal contact
• Respect project time table; procrastination will not be tolerated
