Set Point Changes
Measurements were taken and the following was discovered about the operation time of the heaters.

Heater 1 was on 24% of the time |

Heater 2 was on 83% of the time |
|
Heater 3 was on 21% of the time |
|
Heater 4 was on 10% of the time |
From this data the room temperature set point for the area served by heater 2 was changed from 74o F to 72oF. This changed the time that the duct heater was running from 83% to 21%. This gave a total cost savings of $3,610.00 per year.
