Eglin Munitions Inc. is devised of four mechanical engineers graduating from Florida State University on April 29, 2005. The organization requiring our expertise is the Air Force Research Laboratory’s Munitions Directorate, at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. Philip Flater and Don Cunard presented us with our first problem: the design of a low collateral damage alternative to the current prototype aluminum strong-back design.
