• Design a three-spool winch system.
• Control mechanism using one hand.
• System must withstand line loads of 1500 pounds.
• System must weigh less than 200 pounds.
• The spools must feed at a variable rate.
• The maximum line feed rate must be 5ft/sec.
• Ease of transfer from one vessel to another.
