14 Student Learning Outcomes
The specific desired outcomes for the undergraduate students are:
- Distill the mathematical part of a given problem containing a
full mathematical problem in one of the areas of calculus, linear
algebra, or ordinary differential equations covered in class [2].
- Solve the problem mathematically [2,3].
Samples of specific problems are in the lecture notes, old exams, and
in homework assignments.
