Below is a sketch of how a formulae sheet for the final exam might look. Not to be copied, just to give you some idea. Accuracy and completeness doubtful. You sheet might have more or less info depending on what you feel comfortable with or not being able to do at the exam.
In any case, remember: one or two 11 x 8.5 inch single sheet formula sheets with handwritten info on it only. Handwritten by you.
No glued-on stuff. No xerox copies or print-outs of anything, handwritten or not.
