Everybody needs LaTeX2HTML-FU. Right-click l2hfu3.exe and select "Save Link/Target as." Then save l2hfu3.exe in the top folder of the C:\ drive.
If you do not have TeX, or your TeX refuses to work to work with LaTeX2HTML, you also need emTeX. Right-click l2hmtx.exe and select "Save Link/Target as." Then save l2hmtx.exe to the top directory of the C:\ drive.
