You need LaTeX2HTML-FU. Right-click l2hlnx86.zip and select "Save Link/Target as." Then save l2hlnx86.zip in your HOME (top) folder. (The l2h folder must be installed in your HOME folder.)
After downloading the above file, press the "Back" button on your browser to return to the general instructions.
