Project Team
Objective
For this team assignement you are required to present an objective tree and market analysis research
result on the project. The prsentation must be perfromed using power point. The reserach output
and figures should be submitted in
hard copy and also
posted on the web.
The paper print out of your results and
the web address should be submitted by 1:45 pm on Feb 8, 1999. The information on the hard copy must be
detailed while linkes can be used for the web.
Rules
1. Any source of data is acceptable as long as it can be verified List references.
2. Minimal references needed for every question.
- a complete url
- a call number and page number for a library book
- a journal name, year, volume, and page numbers
- a name and phone number/email of a person you spoke with
3. Post your serach on the internet.
4. URL address of the list must be emailed in by 1:45 FEB 8, 1999 to:
haik@eng.fsu.edu
5. Make sure you organize your serach in an easy to follow charts.
6. Prepare for the class, presentation
7. Collusion of any sort, except within a team, is strictly prohibited.
8. A grade will be assigned based on the report (hard copy and WEB) and
presentation.

Assignment Tips
Research in a team environment provides an opportunity for chaos. A deluge of data comming from the
library, databases, distributers, faculty, costumer interviews, and you have what is called
information overload. How this overload is handled depends on decisions made by the team at the
beginning of their work together and the obvious solution to this is communication.
Communication of information is an integral part of the process of research. It may be impossible for
everyone to know everything but it is a simple matter to have all useful information situated
together.
