Slide 169 - The Quartus image has the output labelled S0 although it should be labelled S1.
currently a text box is used to show S(1).

Slide 184 - The Full Adder circuit needs to be rotated to adjust to the actual slide

Chapter 2 - TPS QUIZ

Quiz # 2-22 has the last gate (just before the output F) as a NOR gate ... but solution is 
worked out as an OR gate. Recommed that the figure in the question and the solution slide
show an OR gate before output instead of a NOR gate.

Chapter 4

Slide 13 has a symbol of 3x8 decoder. Symbol has X2,X0,X1 out of order. Needs corrrection.

Slide 16 has same problem like slide 13. Needs correction
