Manifold Tuning Of The Internal Combustion Engine

As a Part of our Propulsion Systems Class, we examined the important role that the concept of manifold tuning has on the Internal combustion engine.  For our extensive research it was noted that there are an almost infinite set of parameters that can be worked with depending on what you desire from and engine.  Much of this information is noted in our Report that can be viewed lower down the page.

In this web page are various links and information that will help one achieve and understanding of just what we mean by manifold tuning with respect to the intake and exhaust manifolds.  So feel free to look around and if there are any questions you can email us at:

If you are of the curious type and would like a more in-depth look at the Internal Combustion engine and consideration on manifold tuning in a highly visual format click on the Slide Show link.  However if you are more of a technical guru you can check out of Manifold Tuning Report.  In addition to manifold tuning many more interesting topics were presented in our class and can be seen via the link below.

After Reading some of this material you may be wondering how you can implement this on your car and make your engine not only perform better but save you some money by increasing it’s efficiency.  Check out these websites to see what add-ons might be out there for you car.
