Wake and Jet Flow Fields
             

            Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) technique was used to provide the instantaneous whole-field velocity and vorticity data for selected flow fields, including flow past a circular cylinder, 2-D jet flow, wall jet flow, twin impinging-jet flow and impulsively started jet flow exiting from a shock tube.  Click the spinning ball icon to view the PIV flow field data.
