1. setup E0 IP
2. Connect E0 to switch
3. Connect another PC to THE SWITCH with green cable 
    attached to NIC
4. On THE PC, change TCP/IP info (IP, mask, gateway)
5. On THE PC, run http server
6. on your riuter console, copy run tftp, copy start tftp
