PE License Renew

 

Requirements:

Each licensee shall complete 8 professional development hours as a condition of license renewal. Four hours shall relate to the licensee¡¯s area(s) of practice and four hours shall relate to Chapter 471, F.S. and the rules of the Board,

 

Conversion of Education units to PDH (61G15-22.004)

(1) One (1) college or unit semester hour credit is equal to 15 PDH.

(2) One (1) college or unit quarter hour credit is equal to 10 PDH.

(5) Each published paper, article, or book is equal to 10 PDH.

 

Continuing Education Courses and Providers:

You can attend continuing education courses by pre-registration in FBPE. A list of CE providers can be found in FBPE website under ¡°Continuing Education¡±.

 

Online Test for 4PDH on Law and Rules:

INFORMED is a continuing education company approved by the Florida Board of Professional Engineers to provide continuing education to licensed Engineers in the State of Florida. Documents of Law and Rules can be downloaded from INFORMED.
