1989 – 1997: Associate Chairman, Department of Civil Engineering, FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, Tallahassee, Florida. Duties have included course scheduling, hiring of adjunct faculty, space management, budgetary activities and acting occasionally as Chairman.
	1984 – present: Coordinator, Department Structures Area, FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, Tallahassee , Florida . Duties have included curriculum development, course development, laboratory development, research coordination and faculty recruitment.
	1998 – present: Chairman, Department Graduate Committee, FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, Tallahassee , Florida . Duties have included curriculum development and implementation, course development, overseeing graduate admissions, Ph.D. program implementation, and coordination with College and University administration.
	2001 – present: Chairman, Department Fund Raising Committee, FAMU-FSU College of Engineering, Tallahassee , Florida . Duties include establishing department needs for external funds, developing suitable proposals, establishing contact with industrial entities, and expand fund raising efforts.
