IEEE (Instistute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers) is a non-profit organization that promotes the development and application of electrotechnology and allied sciences for the benefit of humanity, the advancement of the profession, and the well-being of its members.
We are the IEEE student chapter at FAMU-FSU College of Engineering in the city of Tallahassee, Florida. We provide electrical and computer engineering students a way to obtain experience in the field, engage with a community that shares similar interests, and participate in professional networking opportunities.
Several events are offered throughout the school year. These include bi-weekly GBMs, social events, technical workshops, networking sessions, and more. We have Electronic kits available for sale. These are tailor-made according to the Electonics Lab's (EEE 3300L and EEE 4301L) requirements. You can buy one for EEE 3300L $35 and EEE 4301L $40 by filling out this form before each lab session on week 2 of classes. Please note, supplies are limited and the kits will be sold on a first come first served basis.
