  • Going with concept 1 for now, will order plastic sheets and glue

  • Scratch resistance

    • put detergents in, stir (manually)

    • put detergent on side of cloth to scrub side of tub

    • leave detergent (liquid) in tub with hot water for a day (or keep reapplying detergents)

  • Stability in hot water: incorporate with hot water

  • Stirring clothes: forces from water and clothes

  • Corrosion resistance: incorporate with scratch resistance, reaction with water and bleach

  • Vibration: little vibration

  • Format: allot two days for testing

  • Checklist(yes or no):

    • Scratches

    • Discoloration

    • Warping

    • Does glue dissolve or become gooey?

  • Assembly time: go to plant and watch technicians put pieces together

  • Choose a day that is best for everyone to go

  • Will go based on when Tony gets product and emails Jeff-Fauna

  • Researching alternative plastic to acrylite FF
