This work represents the supplemental findings of the joint work of J.R. Freeman, Ph.D. and W.F. Lane, M.D. of using science and engineering to enhance health care delivery to rural areas.

The authors show the theoretical basis for the founding of a New Finite Range Probability Distribution Function, often referred to as the Braswell distribution. Mathematical proofs and moments are derived.
