Stroboscope

    The strobescope is used to "freeze" the Torque Meter.  This will allow the operator to read the torque meter and determine the load torque on the motor and pump.   This is done by  turning on the stroboscope with the power switch.  Then setting it to the RPM mode as seen below on left side of the strobe.  Once this is done adjust the flash rate by turning the dial.  For best results in viewing turn the speed up to three to four times the motor speed.  This will take a little adjustment to get the strobe to "freeze" the torque meter.
