In this section, there are four artifacts included.
Appendix A demonstrates my capability to prepare a feasible needs assessment plan for a specific organization based on detailed analysis of the performance problem the organization is faced with. Appendix B is a report of the process, results and recommendations of a training needs assessment I actually conducted for an organization in China. Appendix C is a summary of the results of a leaner analysis I conducted with graduate students in the College of Education at Florida State University and the implications of the results to my development of an instructional module. And Appendix D exhibits my skills to conduct a job/task analysis in a real world setting using the methods acquired in the class.
